Douller - Terms of Service

Welcome to the Douller Platform ("Platform"), which enables users to sell and purchase used goods. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. User Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. 4. User Responsibilities a. Listing and Selling: When listing an item for sale on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the item and have the right to sell it. You are responsible for accurately describing the item and setting a fair price. You agree not to list any prohibited items as specified in our guidelines.

b. Communication: You agree to communicate promptly and respectfully with other users regarding inquiries, offers, and transactions related to listed items. You will not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices.

c. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using the Platform, including but not limited to laws related to the sale and shipment of goods, taxation, and consumer protection.

d. Content: You are solely responsible for the content you post on the Platform, including listing descriptions, images, and comments. You agree not to post any content that is infringing, defamatory, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

5. Platform Operations a. Platform Functionality: We strive to provide a reliable and functional Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or any part thereof without prior notice.

   b. Third-Party Services: The Platform may integrate with or provide links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services offered by such third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration institution we select.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any transactions conducted through it.

9. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform or by other means. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any data associated with it.

11. Account Deletion Policy 1.Account Deletion We understand that you may wish to delete your user account on our online platform ("Platform"). You have the right to do so at any time. To initiate the account deletion process, please follow the steps outlined in your account settings or contact our customer support.

    2.Consequences of Account Deletion Once your account is deleted, the following consequences will apply:

a. Data Removal: We will permanently delete all your personal information and associated data from our systems, except where retention is required for legal or legitimate business purposes.

b. Irreversible Action: Account deletion is an irreversible process. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover any data or access the Platform using your previous account credentials.

c. Transaction History: Your transaction history, including purchase and sale records, will no longer be accessible after account deletion. We recommend that you retain any relevant transaction information for your records prior to deleting your account.
